Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our office manager keeps detailed logs of the time spent at your property. Work logs are counted at thirty-minute increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be provided to all clients once the site visit has finished. We only work for as long as a site requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for site inspection, supplies, and transportation. However, if you elect to participate in our maintenance program, there is a one time fee starting at $650—kindly note prices vary in accordance with roof size—which includes two (2) yearly inspections accompanied by a final written report.
Repair rates may be furnished upon request and vary depending on the pertinent roofing system(s) in need of repair. Kindly note repair rates are the industry standard man-hour(s) expended.
